Return and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to durgapurlc@ieindia.org.
- Cancellations received before [Insert Date] will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of ₹500.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after [Insert Date].
- Cancellation by Organizer
- IEI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
